Phase 3 - Basic Benchwork & Staging Roadbed

Phase 3 was completed 6 May 2006

The diagram at left indicates the planned construction progress at the completion of this phase (originally estimated to be 31 March 2006). Visible is the basic benchwork system of knee-walls and joists. Also shown is the subroadbed for the staging trackage. The relative position from which many of the views below were taken is also indicated on the diagram. The photos document the completion of this phase.
